This models hows the user of the VisualSim Synchronous Dataflow domain to simulate algorithmic models of communication protocols.  In this model, a custom-coded description of Convolution Encoder and Viterbi Decoder are provided.   Modify the parameters and experiment with different physical and environment conditions.  Examples of variations can be changing the blocksize and the noise.
