About the Role
Mirabilis Design is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Program Manager to help coordinate activities across product development, customer support, product evaluations, sales, and marketing.
This is a highly cross-functional role with visibility across the organization. The Program Manager will work with engineering, sales, marketing, customer-facing teams, and management to ensure that assignments are clearly understood, properly owned, progressing according to plan, and completed on time.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex activities, following through on commitments, identifying risks early, and ensuring that teams remain aligned.
Key Responsibilities
The Program Manager will coordinate and track activities across multiple areas of the business, including:
- Product development and release activities
- Bug identification, prioritization, tracking, and resolution
- Customer support and technical follow-up
- Product evaluations, trials, and customer deliverables
- Sales opportunities and related internal actions
- Marketing programs, campaigns, webinars, events, and content activities
You will be responsible for ensuring that every important activity has clear ownership, timelines, dependencies, and measurable progress.
A key part of the role is not simply tracking whether an assignment has been made, but confirming that it is actually progressing as expected.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate activities across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams
- Maintain visibility into open assignments, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies
- Follow up with team members to confirm progress and completion
- Obtain regular feedback to verify that programs are progressing according to plan
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and execution risks early
- Escalate issues before they become major schedule or customer problems
- Track customer evaluations, support requirements, product issues, and related internal actions
- Ensure important customer and sales commitments receive timely follow-up
- Help coordinate product releases, bug fixes, demonstrations, evaluations, and marketing initiatives
- Provide concise daily progress updates and structured weekly management reports
- Highlight accomplishments, risks, delayed activities, dependencies, and actions requiring management attention
- Continuously improve internal processes for planning, tracking, communication, and execution
Who We Are Looking For
Candidates should have one of the following backgrounds:
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, product operations, engineering operations, or a similar role
OR
- A recent MBA graduate with strong and relevant internship or prior work experience in technology, product management, operations, consulting, engineering, or program management
