Role Overview
Mirabilis Design is looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong traditional DevOps background and hands-on exposure to AI-based DevOps practices (AIOps).
This role focuses on building, improving, and automating the development, testing, release, and delivery infrastructure for VisualSim, while introducing AI-driven automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Manage source control, branching, and release workflows using GitHub
- Automate build, test, packaging, and release processes
- Improve test automation, failure analysis, and release reliability
- Introduce AI-based DevOps techniques, such as:
- Intelligent test selection
- Failure pattern analysis
- Log analysis and anomaly detection
- Automated release summaries
- Work closely with engineering teams to support development workflows
- Improve software delivery and customer release processes
- Document DevOps processes and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
✅ Core DevOps (Mandatory)
- Strong experience with:
- GitHub and version control workflows
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Linux-based development environments
- Experience supporting engineering or product development teams
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Understanding of build systems, test automation, and release management
🤖 AI-Based DevOps (Required)
- Experience applying AI or ML techniques to DevOps workflows, such as:
- Log analysis
- Failure prediction
- Test optimization
- Automation using LLMs or AI tools
- Ability to identify where AI adds value, not just where it is fashionable
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices
- Experience supporting complex software products
- Familiarity with engineering or simulation tools
